§ 2-128. Authority; creation and purpose.

For the purpose of performing such acts as are necessary for the sound development of Putnam County, there is created a body corporate and politic to be known as the Putnam County Development Authority, which is deemed to be a public corporation by that name, which body may contract and be contracted with and sue and be sued in all courts of law and equity.
