§ 14-36. Inverted siphons.

Inverted siphons shall not be accepted except as may specifically be approved by the county public works director, and, if used, shall be designed for a flow velocity high enough to scour sand up and out of their downstream outlets and shall be designed to prevent flooding or scouring in adjacent swales or ditches.
