§ 18-169. Enforcement responsibility.

The county sheriff, any deputy sheriff or the employees of the county health department, collectively, an enforcement officer, shall have enforcement responsibility for this article. Where the land spreading operation is subject to a special use permit, county planning and development services shall also have enforcement authority as provided for in sections 11.06 and 12.18 of the Putnam County Land Development Code to ensure compliance with the conditions of the special use permit.
