§ 20-101. Revocation of permits.

Every vehicle permit issued hereunder is subject to revocation, modification or suspension where it is found that the vehicle or its equipment fails to meet the requirements specified in this article or in applicable law or if the operation is found to be unsatisfactory or not in the best interest of the public as determined by the BOCC.
