§ 26-14. Article construction.

All powers and rights conferred by this chapter shall be in addition to and supplemental to those conferred by any other general or special laws governing public nuisances and shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purpose of this chapter. Nothing contained in this chapter shall prohibit the county from abating such public nuisances by any other means. This section does not restrict the right of any person to proceed under F.S. § 60.05 against any public nuisance.
