§ 26-3. Statutory authority.

(a)

This chapter is enacted pursuant to F.S. § 893.138. The provisions of F.S. § 893.138, F.S. ch. 162, article 11 of the county land development code and any other applicable general law shall govern the administration of the special magistrate and any activities pertaining to nuisance abatement that are governed by this chapter.

(b)

If any portion of this chapter is inconsistent with any existing or future general law, the provisions of general law shall govern and shall supersede this chapter to the extent of the inconsistency.
