§ 2-145. Use of funds.

Latest version.

Grants from the economic development fund shall be made for the purpose of, among other things:
(1)

Promoting and fostering the economic development of the county;

(2)

Inducing additional investment through a new location or expansion of any industry or business; and

(3)

Bringing additional yearround payrolls to supplement the present economy.

Such uses and purposes are hereby declared to be a county purpose.
