§ 2-194. Compensation.

The county enterprize zone development agency commissioners shall receive no compensation for their services, and shall hold office until a successor has been appointed by the board of county commissioners and has qualified. A certificate of the appointment or reappointment of any EZDA commissioner shall be filed with the office of clerk of the county, and shall be conclusive evidence of the due and proper appointment of the EZDA commissioner. EZDA commissioners may be removed from office as provided by statute. Any vacancy in the office of EZDA commissioner shall be filled by resolution of the board of county commissioners.
