§ 30-23. Declaration of legislative intent.

Pursuant to the authority granted by F.S. § 125.01(1)(f), the county currently is providing a system of public libraries; and it is the purpose and intent of the board of county commissioners in enacting this article to recreate and establish a county public library system and a county public library system board of directors.
