§ 38-165. Budget.

The taxing unit shall adopt an annual budget as required by law and shall have the power to provide within the boundaries of the taxing unit fire prevention services, fire protection services, fire suppression services, and rescue services, together with all support services and items related thereto, including the renovation and construction of facilities used in connection with the provision of such services.
