§ 8-54. Compliance with state law on disciplinary action.

The provisions of this article, including, but not limited to the creation of the contractors review board, the provision of administrative formats for complaints against contractors, and the disciplinary review and hearing procedures for contractors and any resulting orders from those proceedings, do and shall comply with F.A.C. 61G4-20.001 entitled "Local Disciplinary Actions."
