§ 18-135. Installation permit.

(a)

No person shall install, utilize, or operate any new individual on-site sewage disposal system without issuance of an individual on-site sewage disposal system installation permit and a final installation approval. No person shall repair any existing or new individual on-site sewage disposal system without the installation permit. A new system shall mean a system installed after the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, and an existing system shall mean a system installed before the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived.

(b)

Permitting procedures shall conform with requirements of F.A.C. ch. 64E-6 and county health department policies and guidelines.
