§ 18-136. Building or plumbing permit.

Latest version.

No building or plumbing permit for any building requiring the use of an individual on-site sewage disposal system shall be issued unless the owner or builder has received prior written approval for such system from the county health department, pursuant to this article or other applicable laws and regulations.
