§ 20-1. Fees for health department services.

(a)

The fees to be paid to the health department for health cards, international certificates of vaccination, death certificates, additional copies of death certificates, soil tests, septic tank inspections, water sample tests, annual commercial water samples, FHA permits, VA permits and beverage permits shall be as established by the board of county commissioners.

(b)

Such fees shall be remitted to and deposited in the general fund of the county not less than on a quarterly basis. Such fees are to be reserved for the operation of the county health department and shall be so budgeted and expended under the direction of the board of county commissioners.
