§ 20-2. Mental health care.

  • Free mental health care shall be provided by the county for those persons deemed indigent. Persons who are able to pay for services provided at the mental health clinic shall be charged according to the rates established by the board of county commissioners. All such funds derived shall be deposited with the general fund of the county and will be reserved to defray the cost of operation of the mental health clinic and will be expended at the direction and discretion of the board of county commissioners.
